Yes. ZipReceipts is designed for the kinds of emailed receipts you already get from vendors, airlines, SaaS apps, and online stores. We extract the files, normalize the filenames, and group everything by month so you don't have to hunt through your inbox.
Is ZipReceipts secure enough for financial documents?
We take security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to your account is limited to you and your authorized team. We only use your receipts to store and organize them for you — not to train models or sell data.
Will this work with my accounting software?
Yes. Today you can download your monthly ZIP and use it with QuickBooks, Xero, or any workflow where you upload or attach receipts. Direct integrations with popular accounting tools are on our roadmap — beta customers will get early access.
